Do I need to connect my eBay account?
No! BayFox works completely independently. You don't need to link your eBay store, grant API permissions, or give us your password. It simply reads the data visible on your active tab.
How does the free trial work?
You can install the extension and use it absolutely free to extract images, check sales velocity, and download reviews. No credit card or account is required to start testing it out!
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time directly from the Dashboard. You will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
Are my downloads limited?
Pro and Lifetime users have unlimited access. You can extract high-resolution media and export reviews as much as you need.
Is this allowed by eBay?
BayFox is a local browser tool designed to help you analyze your competitors. It operates strictly within your browser environment and does not send aggressive bot traffic to eBay servers.
